The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Mannai Trading Company, has announced the recall of GMC Sierra 3500 models of 2011-2015 because the fuel level sensor in the front tank might become stuck in low level position.The ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that automobile dealers follow up on vehicles’ defects and repair them.The MEC said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out. Venergate is a consortium of five Korean companies (JNTG Co., Pro-Power Communication Co., ILDO F&C Co., Dong-A Hwa Sung Co., E-quality Inc). These companies bring a long experience in technology development and commercialisation and well-established capabilities in product design and manufacturing. As a part of its mission to address Qatar’s grand challenges, Qeeri researchers are already working to develop energy storage solutions to support the large-scale deployment of solar technology in Qatar. During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance co-operation in customs fields, the role of customs in protecting the internal security of the country and facilitating foreign trade, as well as ways to stimulate trade movement between countries, and the role of government agencies working in ports in pushing the economic strength of states.They also discussed supporting the nomination of the Spanish candidate to the General Secretariat of the World Customs Organisation.
