Protest at ‘harassment’ by tax officials

The National Students’ Union of India and Congress workers staged a demonstration in front of the income tax department in Bengaluru yesterday. Congress leaders claim that the central government has systematically tried to depose of democratically elected governments of states in which the BJP or its allies are not in power with the help of enforcement agencies.
