Emir receives message from Kuwait

His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received yesterday a written message from the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, pertaining to the strong sisterly relations between both countries and means of boosting them. The message also extended Kuwait’s thanks to Qatar for its effective participation, on an official and people’s level, in the national celebrations held in Kuwait. Sheikh Mohamed al-Abdullah al-Mubarak al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Emir’s envoy and Deputy Minister of Kuwaiti Emiri Diwan Affairs, handed the message during a meeting yesterday with the Emir at Al Bahr Palace. At the outset of the meeting the Kuwaiti minister conveyed to the Emir the greetings of the Emir of Kuwait, wishing him good health and happiness and to the people of Qatar continuous progress and prosperity. For his part, the Emir entrusted the Kuwaiti minister with his greetings to the Emir of Kuwait, wishing him good health and well-being and to the Kuwaiti people further progress and prosperity.
