Emir ratifies several Cabinet decisions

His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani ratified yesterday the Cabinet decision No.8 of 2018 to extend the leasing contracts relating to all or any part of premises leased for non-residential purposes.The decision came in to effective on February 15 and is to be published in the official gazette. His Highness the Emir also ratified yesterday the Cabinet decision No.9 of 2018 expropriating some real estate for the public good.The decision will come into effective from its publication date in the official gazette. His Highness the Emir ratified yesterday the Cabinet decision No.10 of 2018 forming lawyers’ admission committee.The decision becomes effective from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette. His Highness the Emir also issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement between Qatar and El Salvador signed in Doha on January 15, 2018.His Highness the Emir issued an instrument of ratification approving a memorandum of understanding in the field of humanitarian aid between Qatar and Turkey signed in Doha on November 15, 2017.
