Al-Marri briefs UN rights chief on siege

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHRC) Prince Zeid bin Raad al-Hussein met HE Chairman of Qatar National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) Dr Ali bin Samikh al-Marri in Geneva yesterday. Dr al-Marri explained the latest humanitarian situation resulting from the siege on Qatar. The NHRC chairman briefed the high commissioner on the efforts of National Human Rights Committee in the face of the increasing violations against the citizens and residents of Qatar as well as GCC citizens due to the siege.
