Emir meets new Gas Exporting Countries Forum chief

His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met on Monday at his office in Al Bahar Palace with the new Secretary General of Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), Yury Sentyurin. The Emir congratulated Sentyurin on his appointment as GECF Secretary General, and wished him success in his duties. During the meeting, they discussed means of supporting and strengthening co-operation between Qatar and GECF, besides issues of mutual interest.
