First Del Monte F&B store in Qatar launched at HIA

The first Del Monte F&B store in Qatar has opened at HamadInternational Airport (HIA). Located in Concourse A, near Gate A3, theDel Monte store is the newest addition to more than 30 cafes andrestaurants currently at the airport. The menu offers a combination of ultra-fresh juices, smoothies and freshly made salads, sandwiches, wraps and muffins.HIA offers 40,000sq m of combined retail, food and beverage facilitiesand is partnering with a wide diversity of brands to meet the airportcustomers’ taste and preferences. “The passenger is at the heart of HIA’s growth strategy. HIA iscontinuously investing a lot of efforts to improve its hospitality offerto passengers transiting through the airport from all corners of theglobe,” Abdulaziz al-Mass, HIA’s vice president for commercial andmarketing said. “Diversity of food and beverage is part of the dining experience offeredby HIA. We are conscious that healthy food is extremely important fortravellers on-the-go and are glad to welcome the first Del Monte F&Bstore in Qatar at the airport,” he added.As Qatari entrepreneurs are actively looking to attract internationalbusinesses in the country, HIA is fully supporting this initiative.
