Ezdan Real Estate, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has announcedthe launch of a three-dimensional walk-through service on its websiteand smartphone applications, in a move to enable users to view and roamaround the various residential units.The initiative comes within the framework of Ezdan Real Estate’s ongoingdevelopment plan pertaining to communication channels with its customerbase, the company has said in a press statement. Ezdan Real Estate has developed the 3D technology and applied it in allits properties, “providing a real-like visualisation of the units andexplore their details in a perfect interactive manner”, the statementnotes. The technology allows users to walk around the house and view the layoutas if they are actually there. It uses a high-quality camera equippedwith laser technology to measure dimensions and take panorama or360-degree snapshots. “This creates a ‘true’ feel of what the space looks like and helps theuser navigate through the space either with the naked eye or by using avirtual reality headset through any computer, tablet or phone,” thestatement explained.
