The Qatar Ports Management Company (Mwani Qatar) has said Al Ruwais Port, which is described as Qataru2019s northern trade gateway, u201cis getting busier with increased export and import of vehicles, food products, consumer cargoes and building materialsu201d. This fulfils the growing demands of the local and regional markets, Mwani Qatar said on Twitter, highlighting the growing significance of the port. Also, the Al Ruwais Port Market started functioning recently, allowing customers to buy a wide range of international products that arrive by ships calling on the port.
