National Service Authority holds Miqdam championship

TheNational Service Authority organised the Miqdam first obstacles trackmilitary championship, the Directorate of Defence Communicationannounced yesterday.The championship was held under the patronage ofHE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence AffairsDr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah and with the presence of the QatarArmed Forces (QAF) Chief of Staff HE Lt Gen Ghanem bin Shaheenal-Ghanem.A total of 12 QAF units participated in the championship,which falls in line with the aim of continuing to support QAF andachieve the highest levels of combat readiness.Miqdam championshipis one of a series of professional military championships, aiming toimprove combat physique of all QAF personnel.
