A butcher who saved the life of a police officer stabbed during the Borough Market attack was among 200 people honoured yesterday for showing “exceptional” courage in the face of terror. Jones, 24, confronted the London Bridge terrorists as they were attacking two police officers. He then stayed with one of the injured officer.
