beIN Media Group, as part of its annual tradition, has celebrated itsemployees who have spent numerous years contributing to its success. Chairman and CEO Nasser Ghanim al-Khelaifi was in attendance at theGroup’s fourth annual awards ceremony in Doha yesterday alongside anumber of sports and media stars who were honoured to share theachievements with their colleagues.“The event was held to celebrate the achievements of beIN’s employeeswho have spent many years building the prestigious media network. As isthe case every year, the success of the event was largely due to theefforts of beIN’s senior management,” beIN Media Group said in a pressstatement.The night was highlighted by a variety of key moments, all culminatingin al-Khelaifi’s keynote speech in which he praised beIN’s achievementsin the global media industry over the past year. According to him, itwas these achievements that led the Group to “deliver unrivalledcoverage in both the worlds of sports and entertainment in the Menaregion and on a global scale. Al-Khelaifi also highlighted beIN’s objectives for the upcoming year,which focus on further growth and expansion as part of the Group’sefforts to maintain its position as a global leader in TV production andbroadcast. He concluded the speech by thanking and praising theachievements of the Group’s employees for their continuous efforts andservice over the years. Further, al-Khelaifi encouraged them to continuewith these efforts in order to maintain the success and globalleadership of the Group.Mohamed Saadoon al-Kuwari, who has completed 10 years of service atbeIN, then took to the stage to speak on behalf of the awardees. Hestressed the fact that achieving the Group’s future vision requires acontinuous effort to uphold its position as a global leader. The event concluded with al-Khelaifi honouring several employees whohave spent numerous years at beIN, as well as taking a group picturewith them.
