Xavi is Audi brand ambassador

AudiQatar, represented by its official dealer Q-Auto, has announcedinternationally-acclaimed footballer Xavier “Xavi” Hern?ndez as itsnewest brand ambassador for 2017-2018.In his new role, Xavi isdesignated to represent Audi Qatar as an honorary spokesperson as wellas serve as an opinion leader in the local community.An agreement ofbrand association was signed at Audi’s flagship showroom in Qatar onSalwa Road, formalising the new corporate relationship between themidfielder and Audi Qatar.In an official ceremony to mark theendorsement, Q-Auto marketing manager Ahmad Oughly handed over the keysto an Audi R8 to Xavi.Xavi will now enjoy driving access to a series of Audi’s premium vehicles on a rotation basis.Havingjoined FC Barcelona in the U12 team in 1991, Xavi went on to spend thelength of his professional career at the Spanish football club, playingnearly 700 matches, scoring 82 goals and making more than 180 assistsfor over 50 players.Most notably, Xavi contributed to his country’smemorable victories at the 2010 FIFA World Cup as well as 2008 UEFA Euroand 2012 UEFA Euro.In 2015, Xavi joined Al Sadd Club, where he now contributes to the Qatari football club’s success as a midfielder.
