Doha Bank has launched Qatar’s first ‘Green Mortgage’ home loan programme as part of efforts aimed at rewarding environmentally-conscious new homeowners, it was announced in a statement.The offer features discounts on loan fees or interest rates on homes that are certified as energy-efficient.
