Worldnumber one Garbine Muguruza fell at the first hurdle at the China Openyesterday, with the Spaniard forced to retire due to illness during herfirst-round match against Czech Barbora Strycova.The Wimbledonchampion looked sluggish throughout and was broken in the first gamebefore losing the first set 6-1.
