Arabic language courses for Nakilat employees

Nakilat has recentlylaunched a beginner-level Arabic language course titled “Taalam AlArabia”, in association with Abdullah Bin Zid Almahmud Cultural andIslamic Centre.Targeted at non-Arabic speaking employees, thethree-month programme aims to equip participants with basic Arabicconversational skills.This learning platform also provides a“wonderful opportunity” for wider exposure and understanding of nuancesin expressions and cultures of different Arab nationalities, which isuseful given the diversity of Nakilat’s multinational workforce.Nakilatexplained that the company encourages personal and professionaldevelopment of its employees through various learning and developmentinitiatives within the organisation, as part of its investment in humancapital.The company offers a variety of unique learningopportunities for its employees to enhance and develop potentials acrossits pool of talents towards the creation of a sustainable workforce.
