Foreign Ministry Secretary-General Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi yesterday held a farewell ceremony at the Diplomatic Club in honour of Ecuador’s ambassador to Qatar, Kabalan Abisaab, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country. A number of heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the country and Foreign Ministry department directors attended the ceremony.
