Qatar Post to hire more staff

Qatar Post will hire more qualified personnel at different levels to cater to the growing requirements of the country’s residents, an official has said.Speaking to Gulf Times on the sidelines of a ceremony held recently to commemorate the new branding of Qatar Post, its chief of human resources and services Abdulla Shlash al-Hajri said Qatar Post is committed to delivering the best services possible to customers across different areas of the postal sector by making use of all digital platforms available at this juncture.Al-Hajri also observed that though technological applications and improvements were moving at a fast pace in the postal sector, the company would still require the services of personnel at different levels for streamlining its operations.The recruitment of personnel over the last few months to take care of the home delivery of mails in different areas of Doha and its immediate suburbs is one example of recruiting people to serve the postal sector, he said, adding that there are plans to add more personnel in the coming months.
