Qatar Girl Scouts at World Conference

Qatar Girl Scouts Association is participating in the 36th world assembly of the World Association of Girl Guides (WAGGGS,) which opened yesterday in the Indian city of New Delhi. The assembly has the attendance of 146 member associations and organisations under the slogan ‘For Her World’. To be held until Friday, the assembly is the main decision-making body of the WAGGGS and convenes every three years. The session discusses a number of issues and topics related to the work of the assembly and its strategic plan for the period 2018 to 2020, the development of educational programmes for women counsellors and other administrative and financial issues.
