Diplomatic Salon to host al-Sada

The Diplomatic Salon will host HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada in a session at the Diplomatic Club today. The session will be attended by HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi, directors of Department at the Ministry and heads of the diplomatic missions in Qatar. The session, which will be moderated by Assistant Director of the Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nadia Ahmed al-Shaibi, will focus on the energy industry and its role in achieving global security and its impact on the global economy in light of the recession and crises facing the world. The session will also address the future of global oil and gas markets in the light of global demand data, and the regional geopolitical crises, particularly the crisis of the unjust siege on Qatar and its impact on Qatar’s efforts in the achievement of its National Vision 2030.
