His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and His Highness the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday sent cables of congratulations to Paul Kagame, on his re-election as president of Rwanda.Earlier yesterday, the electoral commission in Rwanda announced that President Paul Kagame has won a third term in office with a landslide.
