HE the Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani met his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Beijing yesterday. They reviewed relations between Qatar and China and means of developing them, in addition to issues of mutual interest. The Foreign Minister briefed his Chinese counterpart on the latest developments in the Gulf crisis and the illegal measures taken against Qatar. The Foreign Minister thanked Wang Yi for the attention his country has paid to the Gulf crisis and its stance that calls for dialogue, respect for international law and support for Kuwaiti mediation.
