Emir gets message from Kuwaiti leader

His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received Tuesday a written message from the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah. Khaled Yousef Abdulaziz al-Fulaij, adviser to the Kuwaiti emir, handed the message during a meeting yesterday with His Highness the Emir at his Al Bahr Palace office.
