Mazda and its sole agent in Qatar, National Car Company (NCC), have reaffirmed their commitment to enhance further the brand value of Mazda in Qatar market by announcing more investment in key areas of infrastructure, manpower, marketing and advanced systems.The announcement came during the recent meeting of NCC president director Sheikh Ahmad Nasser al-Thani, along with the top Mazda officials including general manager – MEA Hiroshi Yoshida at the Mazda headquarters in Hiroshima, Japan.This includes ongoing upgradation of NCC facilities to match Mazda’s stylish and spirited model range, recruitment and training of competent staff and aggressive marketing campaigns to ensure top of mind awareness in the market.The entire Mazda range now features award-winning Skyactiv technology and eye-catching Kodo: Soul of Motion design and NCC is investing to ensure facilities and customer service in Qatar match the quality of the product range from the Japanese car maker.  “It’s very pleasing for us that our partner, National Car Company is so willing to invest in Mazda even during tough market conditions,” said Yoshida while stating that Mazda wants a philosophy of customer excellence which is more than just customer satisfaction.“Buying a car is a significant purchase so we want to ensure the event matches the very best in modern high-street shopping experiences.
