Jaidah Heavy Equipment hosts Isuzu customer appreciation day

Jaidah Heavy Equipment, a subsidiary of Jaidah Equipment, held its third edition of Isuzu customers appreciation day for 2017.The gathering was organised to felicitate key customers of 2016, thank all the customers, in addition to showcase new Isuzu products and solutions. The event was attended by team of delegates from Isuzu Motors Middle East, Isuzu Motors International Operations Thailand - Dubai Office, in addition to a huge turnout of customers, business associates, and special invitees from Jaidah Corporate Office. Ayman Ahmed, managing director, Jaidah Equipment said, “Jaidah Heavy Equipment has strengthened its position in the commercial vehicle market by offering complete solutions to its customers.” He added, “After-sales plays a very important role in backing up the customers and in Jaidah we strive to exceed customers’ expectation. Tailor-made annual preventive maintenance contracts and attractive parts credit back programmes are few of the initiatives taken during last period, while keeping in mind customers’ interests.  We would like to stress the important role of the after-sales service; keeping this in mind, we are starting to build a new 2S service centre exclusive for Isuzu in the industrial area. This will help us in enhancing after-sales support to benefit our valuable customers and aid future business relations.”The event took place at the Grand Ballroom, Hotel WestIn in Doha, with an objective of honouring key customers of 2016, in addition to showcasing new heavy duty range of trucks from Isuzu Japan.  Hari Subramony, Isuzu sales manager, Jaidah Heavy Equipment, thanked the customers for their continuing support to Isuzu. “Isuzu flat deck pickup and NMR short chassis with customisable box are ideal as delivery vehicles carrying more goods, at the same time being able to manoeuvre through lanes and bylanes of the city. Isuzu DMax diesel pickups offer excellent fuel economy and hence customers should consider overall cost of ownership rather than just initial purchase cost.” Heavy duty range of trucks from Isuzu Japan were showcased at the event. Isuzu CYZ 6x4 rigid chassis with cab to end of frame length of 9.1 meters is ideal for boom trucks or concrete blocks/bricks transportation application. Isuzu EXR 4x2 tractor heads combine performance, durability and ease of operation. With Isuzu CYZ and EXR now in Qatar, Subramony added that “ From 1 tonne to 60 tonnes, whatever be the requirement of customers, Isuzu would be able to provide it under one roof “.Jijo Thomas, regional head, Isuzu Motors Middle East, thanked the customers for their increasing confidence in Isuzu in Qatar. He also emphasised that Isuzu Motors Middle East Dubai will provide all necessary help and support to Isuzu customers in Qatar.  Abdullah al-Suwaidi, vice president, Elite Paper Recycling, while accepting the customer appreciation award spoke of the recycling initiative his company is taking in Qatar. He also thanked Jaidah Motors and Isuzu for supporting their environmental friendly project.
