HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday opened the fifth Middle East forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare under the theme ‘System-wide transformation to achieve better patient care’ at Qatar National Convention Centre. Present on the occasion were HE the Minister of Public Health Dr Hanan Mohamed al-Kuwari and a number of other dignitaries. The forum has been organised by HMC and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
