PPFQ turns five, hosts cancer awareness event

Pakistan Professionals Forum-Qatar (PPFQ) celebrated its fifth anniversary at InterContinental Hotel Doha last week, attended by dignitaries and prominent members of the community. The event was organised to promote cancer awareness in the Pakistani community for which key speakers Dr Hadi Mohammad Abu Rasheed, supervisor of health education at Qatar Cancer Society and Dr Syed Mohammad Ali, colorectal cancer consultant, delivered informative lectures. The seminar was attended by top officials of the Pakistan Embassy. Commercial attache Arbab Qaiser along with Chairman, PPFQ, Mohsin Mujtaba, delivered mementos to sponsors and leading journalists in Doha. Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulaziz bin Nasser al-Thani, owner of Business Trading Company (BTC), attended the event as also Ali Nasser J al-Nufaihi al-Kubaisi, supervisor of Facility Services, Dukhan QP.
