The governments of Qatar and Costa Rica signed the minutes of exchange of instruments of ratification relating to an agreement for co-operation in the cultural field, at the Foreign Ministry’s headquarters in San Jose yesterday. The minutes were signed by Qatar’s ambassador to Costa Rica Mohamed bin Kurdi Taleb al-Marri and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica Manuel Gonzalez Sanz.
