Ezdan Holding to disclose Oasis project details at Cityscape

Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries have announced their participation in the sixth edition of Cityscape Qatar, which will run until March 15 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC).

During the three-day event, the Group will announce the latest developments in its various projects across different investment sectors, according to a statement.The statement said Ezdan Real Estate Company will disclose the latest updates of the Ezdan Oasis project and the size of its achievement in the project dubbed as “the land of the million.” The Oasis is a residential project expected to accommodate more than 35,000 people. Located in Al Wukair area, Ezdan Oasis consists of more than 9,000 housing, commercial, and administrative units, including two schools with an area of 47,800sqm, five club houses, a 24,500sqm hypermarket, and eight mosques, two of which are grand mosques, and a 2,965sqm administrative building.In the hospitality sector, Ezdan Hotels Company, a subsidiary of the Ezdan Holding Group, will announce new developments and details on the launch of The Curve Hotel, located in the heart of Doha. The hotel consists of 600 rooms and suites spread over 24 floors. Another Ezdan Hotels’ project, the Ezdan Palace Hotel, features luxurious architectural design and consists of 194 hotel apartments.Ezdan Holding Group CEO Ali Mohamed al-Obaidli said Cityscape Qatar’s exhibition creates “an exceptional opportunity” for real estate developers in Qatar to promote their projects. Ezdan Real Estate Company recently announced a number of renovations carried out within a large number of its residential compounds in Doha, including Abu Bakr residential building.Ezdan Mall, one of Ezdan Holding Group subsidiaries, announced the opening of the first phase of Ezdan Mall Al Wakrah. The mall spans over a surface of 64,785sqm and is located opposite to Al Wakrah General Hospital. In preparation for its grand opening, Grand hypermarket was also inaugurated at Ezdan Mall Al Wukair, in collaboration with Regency Group.
