Ezdan completes renovation at three residential buildings

Ezdan Real Estate Company, one of Ezdan Holding Group’s subsidiaries, has announced the completion of comprehensive renovation operations on three residential buildings in Ras Abu Aboud area. According to Ezdan, the buildings are on the market for lease at competitive prices, and come within the framework of developing the company’s residential facilities plan launched during the last quarter of 2015 with the aim to enhance and promote its services in Doha, Al Wakrah and Al Wukair.The three residential buildings comprise 56 apartments, each comes with its own two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and one or two balconies. The buildings enjoy a privileged location overlooking the Corniche and are in close proximity to vibrant areas of Doha downtown, such as the Museum of Islamic Art, restaurants, shops, and hotels. In addition, the buildings offer an array of facilities and services, which include 24/7 security, maintenance, and parking space. Ezdan Real Estate said the company was keen to implement an ongoing facelift process in its facilities to raise quality standards and offer high-end services to its tenants. The company also launched a series of developmental procedures in 2016 for its contracting and leasing processes through Sakin centre, which facilitates the leasing procedures for customers wishing to take advantage of Ezdan Real Estate residential units. The centre provides all leasing, maintenance, utility, customer care, and payment services through two unified venues (Sakin Doha and Sakin Al Wakrah).The revamp, announced last year by Ezdan Real Estate, included the renewal of furniture in a number of residential units across 12 villages in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair. Ezdan seeks to complete the remaining stages of the project this year to achieve the company’s mission based on providing the best targeted real estate services in line with the latest international standards at competitive prices, contribute to the renaissance of the state of Qatar, and support the local economy.
