Winners of Founder’s Camel Race honoured

HE Sheikh Qa’qa bin Hamad al-Thani honoured yesterday the winners of the Founder Sheikh Jassim bin Mohamed bin Thani Hejin race, which took place at the Al Shahaniya camel race track. HE Sheikh Qa’qa bin Hamad al-Thani awarded the trophies to the four winners of the different races of the competition. The golden sword was won by Mohamed Rashid al-Ketbi, owner of Samarkand camel, and in second place was Ali bin Nasser al Aida. The silver dagger was awarded to Said Mohamed al-Wuhaibi. Abdullah bin Ghanem al-Hudaifi also got the silver dagger for the performance of his camel, Zizom.
