Chevrolet TrailBlazer, Colorado recalled

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has announced a recall of Chevrolet TrailBlazer and Colorado vehicles, model year 2012 to 2016, due to the missing roadside kit.The recall is being carried out in collaboration with Jaidah Automotive, dealer of Chevrolet vehicles in Qatar.In a press statement yesterday, the ministry said the recall campaign fell within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers followed up on vehicle defects and repairs.The MEC has said it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.The ministry has urged all customers to report violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department.
