Wadi Al Salamya Street to be closed for 51 days

Wadi Al Salamya Street, west of Al Kharaitiyat interchange off North Road, will be closed for 51 days from tomorrow, the Public Works Authority – Ashghal- has announced. The temporary diversion is being undertaken to complete the construction of a stretch near the Al Kharaitiyat interchange to connect it to the North Road corridor enhancement project. Motorists can instead use a two-lane roundabout, east of Wadi Al Salamya Street, with access to local roads onto Al Kharaitiyat neighbourhood (as shown on the map).
