Dancers perform during the traditional ritual ‘Gammaduwa’ ceremony in Colombo yesterday. ‘Gammaduwa’ shanthikarma, is a ritual done by Sri Lankans to be safe from sadness and undesirable events of life and to bring peace and prosperity to all humankind and the country.
