Woqod extends fuel pump hoses for ‘faster service’

Qatar Fuel Company (Woqod) has announced that it has completed the extension of all its service station hoses allowing customers to get fuel from any side of the petrol pump.

“Vehicle manufacturers place fuel tank filler cap openings on one side of the vehicle so customers have to choose the correct side of the pump when fueling. Now, with the longer fuel hoses at Woqod service stations, we can fuel any vehicle from any pump, no matter where the fuel filler cap is located,” said Woqod CEO Ibrahim Jaham al-Kuwari.He added: “This will move customers through our service stations faster and so help reduce the waiting time to fuel.”
