EY organises seminar on IFRS developments

EY recently organised ‘International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Tax Update’ seminar at the W Hotel in Doha. More than 100 finance professionals attended the seminar from the country’s public and private sectors. The two-day event brought participants up-to-date on the latest IFRS developments and new pronouncements, and their impact on financial reporting. The sessions were led by László Péter, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as the Hungarian Accounting Standards Board.
