Galaxy Note 7 owners can either exchange their Galaxy Note 7 for a Galaxy S7 Edge with a refund of the price difference (in the form of cash or Samsung products) or obtain a full refund of the device price, which is QR 2,999, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce has said in a release yesterday. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce said it has ensured coordination with the commercial agent in order to stop selling and using the device. This is being done to protect the rights of consumers, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce said. Recently, Samsung announced the start of a comprehensive recall campaign in all countries where Galaxy Note 7 was sold, after the explosion of the devices while charging due to a defect in the battery.
