HE the Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani yesterday met separately Singapore’s President Tony Tan Keng (above) and Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam. The Foreign Minister conveyed to the president the greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani. The meetings dealt with bilateral relations and the means to enhance them.
