HE the Minister of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs Dr Ghaith bin Mubarak al-Kuwari yesterday met with the ambassador of Kazakhstan to Qatar Askar Shokybayev. The Minister met separately with the ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Qatar, Nuran Niyazaliev. Talks during the meetings addressed viewpoints on issues of common concern.
