PM meets French, UK leaders

HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani met with French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and his accompanying delegation in Doha yesterday.During the meeting, they discussed co-operation between the two countries and ways of developing and strengthening it, particularly in security fields. In addition, they reviewed a number of issues of common concern.HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah also met with the British Secretary of State for International Trade and President of the Board of Trade, Liam Fox, and the accompanying delegation.During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing trade and investment relations between the two countries, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.The Prime Minister yesterday met with the ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Qatar, Al Makki Kawan, on the occasion of ending his tenure in the country.The Prime Minister wished the ambassador success in his future tasks and the relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity.
