HE the Minister for Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi met Kuwait’s outgoing ambassador to Qatar Mutib Saleh al-Mutawtah in Doha yesterday. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries in areas of common interest and means of enhancing them.
