Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has directed government secretaries to come up with action plans for development projects and relief programmes.Dahal summoned the secretaries to the prime minister’s office in Singha Durbar and directed them to develop action plans based on priorities of the respective ministries within the next three days.During his meeting with secretaries, Dahal said the government’s main priority is the local body election, conclusion of the peace process, post-earthquake rebuilding, effective public service and good governance. Dahal said though the international community is assured that the peace process would conclude under his leadership, doubts remains whether the culprits of serious human rights violations would get impunity.“We will adopt the policy of forgive and forget to provide transitional justice to conflict-era cases. But the perpetrators of serious human rights violations should not get impunity,” said Dahal.    He directed the secretaries to improve physical infrastructure saying that the government’s priority is economic development and prosperity.
