Emir sends National Day greetings

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani have sent cables of congratulations to Governor-General of Jamaica Patrick Allen on his country’s National Day. The Emir, the Deputy Emir and the Prime Minister have also sent cables of congratulations to President of Burkina Faso Roch Marc Christian Kabore on his country’s National Day.Chief of Staff meets Chinese ambassadorHE the Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Major General, Ghanem bin Shaheen al-Ghanem, met the Chinese ambassador to Qatar Li Chen in Doha yesterday.Talks during the meeting dealt with in aspects of co-operation between Qatar and China and means of enhancing them in various fields.
