Saudi energy minister: artificial output ceiling would be premature

Saudi Arabia's new Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih said on Thursday it would be premature to set any artificial ceiling on oil production, after OPEC failed to agree on output policy.He said he was not worried about an influx of shale oil with crude prices at $50 per barrel.
