HE the Assistant Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Meraikhi met Frank Gillette, French special envoy in charge of the Syrian file, in Doha yesterday. They exchanged views on the situation in Syria in addition to matters of common concern.
