Emir receives invitation to attend GCC-US summit

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a written message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud of Saudi Arabia, including an invitation to attend a summit of Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) leaders with  US President Barack Obama, scheduled to be held in Riyadh this month. Saudi ambassador Abdullah bin Abdulaziz al-Aifan handed over the message when HH the Emir met him at the Emiri Diwan  yesterday morning.
