EU official calls on NHRC chief

Chairman of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC), Dr Ali bin Samikh al-Marri yesterday met the head of the Qatari-European Friendship Group at the European Parliament Ramona Manescu, who is currently visiting Doha. Talks during the meeting focused on ways of enhancing co-operation on issues of mutual concern and support of communication mechanisms in all areas relating to human rights.
