Final leg of Doha Tour at Katara from today

The third and final leg of the region’s top show jumping series, QNB Doha Tour, organised by the Qatar Equestrian Federation will be held at Katara from today.The three-day equestrian competition will see top-ranking local, regional and international riders compete in 11 different events. QEF has constructed an arena at Katara, which should make for an interesting viewing. The first leg of the event was held concurrently with CHI Al Shaqab, while the second was held at the Qatar Equestrian Federation. For Arab riders, it is part of the Arab League rankings for the 2016 World Cup Final to be held in Gothenburg, Sweden next week. The Doha Tour features CSI3 *and CSI 4* competitions for elite riders but there is also a CSI2* competition for young and up-coming riders to score points and gain experience.The QNB Doha Tour series trophy will be awarded to the overall champion, who has won the most points over the three legs.
