Sheikha Mayassa attends opening of QM exhibition

Qatar Museums chairperson HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, joins internationally acclaimed New York-based Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang  and local dignitaries at the official opening of ‘What About the Art? Contemporary Art from China’ on Sunday at Al Riwaq. The exhibition, which is one of the highlights of the Qatar China 2016 Year of Culture, includes works by 15 contemporary Chinese artists and is open until July 16.
