HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada, who is also the president of Opec conference, holding talks with Nigeriau2019s Minister of State for Petroleum Resources Emmanuel Ibe Kachiwku and his accompanying delegation in Doha yesterday. They discussed issues pertaining to the global oil price and also bilateral relations and the scope of co-operation in the energy sector.
